- Consistent monitoring of stock levels
- Prevention of wastage or theft through adequate oversight
- Accurate recording of daily wastage and store inventory
- Overseeing plant activities
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge, especially LPG products
- Creating a conducive environment for sales growth
- Performing quality and quantity checks on inbound inventory
- Sales cycle optimization and restock level monitoring
- Promptly attending to customers
- Replacement of smart cylinders based on data provided by the customer Fulfillment Analyst (CFA)
- Management of damaged and/or out-of-date equipment in a designated quarantine area
- Order coordination, payment confirmation, filling of cylinders, and delivery
- Minor maintenance activities on LPG dispensers
