The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has released information regarding its 2024 recruitment exercise. Applications are hereby invited from interested and qualified citizens in all states for commission into the NSCDC as paramilitary officers.

General Requirements for the NSCDC Recruitment Exercise
- Interested applicants must be Nigerian citizen
- Be between 18-35 years of age
- Must possess the requisite qualifications and certificates
- Possess a valid means of identification
- Applicants must be fit and present a certificate of medical fitness from a recognized Government Hospital.
- Applicant’s chest measurement must not be less than 0.87 for men
- Be free from any criminal conviction by the court of law.
- Not be less than 1.60 metres for female and 1.65 metres for male candidates respectively.
Candidates with any of the following medical cases need not apply:
Sight problems, Hearing difficulties, Previous major orthopedic operation, Flat foot, Fracture, stammering or any other natural disability, and Pregnant women.
