The management of the NSCDC has announced the Civil Defence training date 2024 and the selected locations for the NSCDC training exercise. All candidates are to take note of the NSCDC training date and the required documentation as failure to appear within the stipulated date would lead to disqualification.
The purpose of the NSCDC training, which may last for two (2) weeks is to give all the candidates who have been selected the opportunity to learn self-defense techniques and the use and handling of firearms, while also ensuring they have a clear understanding of how the agency operates.

Civil Defence Training Invitation Letter
Candidates are to print the Civil Defence training invitation letter/ the NSCDC training exercise slip and check the training date on their CDFIPB training exercise invitation letter 2024.
All candidates who applied for the Civil Defence 2024 recruitment exercise on the official portal at www.cdfipb.careers and were shortlisted for the NSCDC Computer-Based Test (CBT) and physical screening exercise are advised to check their names and print their invitation letter for the training exercise via the online portal.
Civil Defence Training Date 2024
We are delighted to inform all who have seen their names on the list of shortlisted candidates that the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps invites all successful applicants who made it through the screening exercise to appear at their various training camps.
All successful applicants will be issued invitation Letters and are mandatory to attend the training centers at the date and times indicated against their names.
We provide the latest information concerning the NSCDC training date and venue. Candidates are to print their invitation letter in order to know their training dates and centers. The NSCDC invitation letter also includes information regarding the necessary documentation and requirements.
NSCDC Training Centers 2024
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps training of shortlisted candidates is scheduled to take place at designated locations across the federation. All successful applicants are to appear at their various training centers as early as possible. Failure to report at the training venues before 07:00 AM prompt means you have declined the job offer.
The NSCDC training exercise has been scheduled to take in only a few states. All candidates are expected to show up at the venue a day before their training date.
The centers include:
- NSCDC Training School in Oji River, Enugu State.
- Games Village in Bauchi.
- Civil Defence College of Security Management in Abeokuta.
- Federal University Lafia in Nasarawa State.
- NABTEB in Benin, Edo State.
- NSCDC Zonal Command Headquarters Kaduna.
Successful applicants are advised to appear at the training camp with the following:
- Training Invitation Letter
- Duly completed Guarantor’s Form
- One White colored Office Flat File Jacket
- Two Recent Passports Photographs
- Educational Qualifications
- Valid means of identification
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- Certificate of Origin
