The Lead Houseparent shall assume general management responsibilities for the College’s boys boarding house. Living at the boarding home, he will be responsible for the pastoral care and general well-being of all the boys residing there, in collaboration with the other house parents and the house matron. Managing boys’ boarding homes in a British or Nigerian Curriculum school for at least five years is a requirement for the perfect applicant.

Qualifications:

The ideal applicant will have completed any social science or education course with a Second-Class Upper degree, be an excellent communicator, and have great interpersonal skills.

For this position, candidates will work mainly as pastoral staff who are in charge of how clean, organized, and safe borders are in the hostel. He or she will act as an assistant to the school medical team by providing first-aid training to all boarders.

Qualifications:

With a minimum of five years of experience working in a boarding school following a British curriculum, the most suitable candidate would be a qualified nurse with outstanding communication skills. It will be advantageous to have a B.Sc. in nursing.
