Reader
- Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Applicants must have nine (9) years of continuous teaching and research experience within a university system or equivalent, with clear evidence of scholarly accomplishments.
- Applicants must have twenty-one (21) scholarly publications, including at least two (2) years as a Senior Lecturer.
- Applicants must possess significant administrative experience.
- Overall, applicants must have led a substantial number of research papers submitted for evaluation.
Assistant Lecturer
- Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline.
- Evidence of enrollment in a Ph.D. program at a reputable university is an advantage.
Graduate Assistant
- Candidates should possess a good honors degree (First or Second Class Upper) in the relevant discipline from the Federal University of Otueke or any recognized university.
- Evidence of enrollment in a Master’s program at a reputable university is an advantage.
Professor
- Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline, with a minimum of twelve (12) years of continuous teaching and research experience within a university system, including at least two years as an Associate Professor.
- Candidates must have published at least twenty-eight (28) scholarly articles in both local and international journals, demonstrating specialization in core areas, and must be registered with relevant professional bodies where applicable.
- Candidates must also have substantial administrative experience.
- Overall, candidates should have led a significant number of research papers presented for assessment.
